Mobile Music Academy has a no refund policy for lessons already paid for.
Cancellation credits are given for any 2 weeks of the year between the dates of September 1 and May 31. To avoid charges for these lessons you must let Mobile Music Academy know about the cancellation before you have paid for that month's lessons.
There are unlimited vacation credits for the Summer Session. (June 1 - August 31) You must let Mobile Music Academy know of any cancellations when you are billed for that month. Once you pay for the lessons you are responsible for attending them.
All other cancellations will be charged as a regular lesson.
We ask out of courtesy that you let your Instructor know as soon as you can of any cancellation.
In addition Mobile Music Academy observes most major holidays.
If an Instructor misses they will make up the lesson. If a make-up lesson cannot be scheduled there will be a lesson credit on your next bill.
Payment is due by the 7th of each month. A $10 late penalty will be added to your account for any payments paid after the due date.
Please do not pay the Instructor directly. All Mobile Music Academy instructors have agreed to not collect any money from the client.
An Email Invoice will be sent at the beginning of the month with all charges for the lessons in that month.
A second email will be sent from Google Checkout requesting payment for the invoice. Simply click on the link (example: Pay Now through Google Checkout - $120.00 You will be taken to a secure website where you can pay with your credit card, debit card, or use your bank account. Google Checkout is a very secure and reliable source for Internet billing.
If you choose not to use the Internet Payment Option but rather to pay by check you must send the check plus a copy of the Email Invoice to:
